Tourist Visa

• Valid Passport (at least 6 months from travel date) - original & photocopy

• Photocopy of valid visa/s and arrival stamps to OECD member countries for the past 5 years (If applicable only)

•  Photos (2 pcs, passport size, colored with white background)

•  Old passport, if any

•  Accomplished Application Form (typewritten).

•  Employment Certificate and Guarantee Letter (Original & photocopy) – must include applicant's position, date hired, compensation, HR landline [cellphone number is not allowed], HR e-mail address.

• Personal Bank Certificate (Original) – must include account type, current balance, account opening date, and 6 months average balance [ ADB].

• Bank statement – original or certified true copy of bank statements/passbook for the last 3 months.

• Personal ITR or Form 2316 (Original & photocopy) 

• For Self-employed - Business Registration from SEC or DTI/ Business Permit or Mayor's Permit Photocopy (photocopy).

• PSA Birth Certificate travelling with family/relatives.

• PSA Marriage Certificate (for married applicants).

Business Visa

• Valid Passport (at least 6 months from travel date) - original & photocopy

• Photocopy of valid visa/s and arrival stamps to OECD member countries for the past 5 years (If applicable only)

•  Photos (2 pcs, passport size, colored with white background)

•  Old passport, if any

•  Accomplished Application Form (typewritten )

•  Employment Certificate and Guarantee Letter (Original & photocopy) – must include applicants position, date hired, compensation, HR landline [cellphone number is not allowed], HR e-mail address

• Personal Bank Certificate (Original) – must include account type, current balance, account opening date, and 6 months average daily balance [ADB]

• Bank statement – original or certified true copy of bank statements/passbook for the last 3 months

• Personal ITR or Form 2316 (Original & photocopy) 

• Invitation Letter written both in Korean Language and English Language. 

• For local Company - Business permit, SEC Registration and Company ITR

• If sponsored by the company provide a Guarantee letter

• For Self-employed - Business Registration from SEC or DTI/ Business Permit or Mayor's Permit Photocopy (photocopy).

• Visa interview: No

• Additional documents may be required.

• Must submit an application at least three (3) months prior to travel date.

• The embassy usually issued either a single (valid for 3months) or multiple entry visa.

• Estimated waiting time for – approximately 14-21 working days upon submission to the embassy
